islandgirl - I sure know exactly what you're talking about... been in a fog for a little over 2 weeks (I think)- hell maybe longer :) I MEAN a fog... Depressed, sad just not wanting to move and a dull headache that comes and goes...
Thanks to support I am finally coming out of it a little at a time. Hang in there, dear one, it's tough, and I am right here with ya and it does get better.
What helped me is taking better care of myself in the little ways. Today I went to Whole Foods and picked up some deli good stuff for me to have around... lots of pampering over here is helping a little at a time.
I have slept most of the last 2 weeks away. But I am here and smokefree!!
