i feel like im going to cave in and have a smoke. i keep telling myself i choose not to smoke but it wont go away. im on the patch but im not sure its working. they are almost a year old and i never got the tingling or anything but my arm hurting. give me some advise here please. this is hard but i knew it would be after 24 years of smoking.
