I am a constant worrier!!!!I have extremely terrifying fears to me that I cant get rid of!!! I cant really explain but I will try. I have a fear of swallowing my tounge. I have the fear so bad that I used to attempt it to see if I ccould happen. Event though the attemped failed it still scares me to death!!! I also have a fear of going insane even though its not possible why why??? And does anyone else have what I call tunnel visions or blurred vision that last for month??? From haveing anxiety and panica attacks or is it just me??? I need help someone help me?? Does anyone else have theses fears???
