I am sure the infection is gone I was on such a powerful antibotic, I have been drinking a lot of liquids and I always to go alot on a regular basis, the upper and lower back pain concern me, if I have pain tomm I will go for a re-check, I hope the Paxil is not doing this, its so terrible to think you are going to get blood posioning and die!
