I get this same thing but I get it on the back of my skull. But, I also get the tingling in the face. My doctor said it's just pinched nerves in your back or neck. Stretch your neck and back several times throughout the day and see if it starts to help. It helps me so whenever I get this sensation, I stretch and stretch and it goes away. :)
for the past 2 months i have head a numbing sensation in my forehaed. it also goes down the sides of my face. i know what anxiety can do to you. but it freaks me out when this happens. is this normal? or do i have some type of underlying disease. i am so tired of doing this to myself and worrying. all my doctors say that im fine. well if anyone can share any info please get back. thank you
