I do not pray a lot. My fiance and I are going to church on Sunday. I do pray sometimes by myself ad it seems to work.
I said fiance because since my las email, I have asked my girlfriend to marry me and we are now engaged.

Hi wrestler...I totally understand how u feel...oh btw, i'm new here but i figured i'd stick my 2 cents in :) anyways...mine interferes with my job...do u have problems with people at work that stress u out? i found that i had a problem telling people NO. I let the people i work with walk all over me and when i finally starting saying NO to them...i felt better...that may not be ur case...but the second best thing i found was going into the bathroom where i could be alone and pray. I dunno what ur religious beliefs r, but i found that it helped me to know that i gave all my problems to the man upstairs...cause i cant handle them by myself.

I've not written on here for some time now.
I'm currently experiencing a setback where I am usually fine away from work, but once I return to work I sometimes have trouble calming myself when anxiety rears it's ugly head.
The latest feelings are very spacey feelings where I worry about dying and all that comes with it.
I just felt it would help if I wrote here and got some reasurrance. It's a very uncomfortable feeling.
I am about to be engaged and I feel that might be causing some of this, but I am so happy about it and do not want this to get in my way.
Any advice or input would help,
