The support group on this site is really fabulous. Sometimes it takes time for people to answer because everyone is on at different times and at different places throughout the world but, there isn't a single person on this site that doesn't know exactly how you feel every day. I know you're feeling like it right now, but I promise you're not alone!
This is a free site for panic sufferers. I've heard that the makers of this website are working on settting up a chat room, but it's in the process and hasn't been completed yet. Maybe soon.
