To clarify further, click on Home at the top of the page. Then click on Anxiety on the menu below the top menu. Once in the Anxiety program, click on the first trophy like Timbo said. Then click on Welcome and start the program. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

You are doing it right I think. When you click on the trophy, a "menu" style widow opens up. If you click on the "welcome" on that window, it should take you through that days chapter. There are 6-10 different things for each of the trophies. Once you complete the 1st trophy list then you will open the 2nd and so on. I could be wrong on this though. I'm still learning how to use this website myself. Trial and error is how I'm learning mostly. ?

I am trying to begin the panic program, but am running into some technical difficulties. My CBT specialist told me to do chapters 1 and 2 but I can't even seem to find it. When I click on the trophies it seems to just give technical difficulties. Am I supposed to be clicking these?
