I am new to this site. Prior to this site I signed up with two other site. After a few days I realize they were ineffective. This site however...freaking 3017 days, 90,510 cigarettes avoided, then to go as far as estimating how many days, hours, minutes, and seconds, in your case 500+ days and counting saved from death since putting down the smokes. This is genius!

Congratulation on your accomplishment...going through these threads and reading story like yours truly motivates me, reinforces me being smoke free, and will make me think twice before I pick up another cigarette!

. I feel very privileged that I have known you for most of those days. On the health issue, what a wonderful gift you have given to yourself and showing all of us the benefits of quitting. So what you are telling us we stay quit we get younger? You are the best.

Congratulations, Duffis! Your numbers are something I couldn't even really fathom when I first came to this site. Thanks to hearing the testimonials from the long-time quitters, I have been convinced that it is possible.
