Working , I don't know of anyone that deserves to have a year as a non-smoker more than you do and you will have it. When you put a lot into it as you have you get a lot out of it. Thank you for all you do. Excellent. breather
50 days left until I hit the one year mark. I just noticed that in my stats today!
And even better, this story: I got into a really nasty argument with the car maintenance place on Saturday. I did finally prevail, but it was a pretty emotional process for me. ...And not only did I not smoke, but I also didn't even think about smoking. Not once during that 5 and a half hour go-around did I think of a cigarette! I didn't even realize it until now, when I went to update my crave diary.
