My advice would be to post here often , and listen to the tips you recieve. Drink tons of cold water , eat healthy snacks when you crave a cigarette , and practice deep breathing. Is quitting hard ? Of course it is but you can do it and it is so very worth it.

Thank you big time to all of you who helped me hit my 5 year anniversary today. NOPE , {not one puff ever} in the past 5 years ! As they used to say in the 70's , I CAN DIG IT !
