I have been having similar aches in my stomach...the doctor said that I had acid built up in my stomach and took medictaion for two weeks....it has gotten better....but it still hurts...I am not sure but I think my aches may have something to do with my medication...

My stomach always acts up when I am panicky or even just anxious. I get bubbly up in my chest, which makes me feel like I'm having heart problems, which makes the panic / anxiety worse. So fun! My mom has the same problem but she gets really bad acid reflux and sharp pains in her stomach. I hope your Zantac kicks in and you get some relief and some sleep!

my stomach is killing my it just woke me up out of my sleep.can stress really give you stomach problems?i have acid reflux and i think gallbladder problems but to nights pain is different.its scareing me.its like my panic is getting better but my health is going down the tubes.my stomach is really acting up.i took a zantac and that hasnt helped.please pray for me.
