That is so fabulous you are having your first child! Congratulations!! Children are the best things in the world! Whenever I am at my worst, my boys are my inspiration to keep going.

It seems that my anxiety levels have sky rocketed lately! I had been doing so well and for the past few days BAMMM! All of a sudden negative thoughts, anxiety level increased!
I wish I could run away from my own brain and just escape this illness. Trying to cope with anxiety, work and being a supportive husband to a beautiful pregnant wife!
My first kid and I am scared! I hope the baby doesn't get my bad genes. All I can do is pray that God blesses me with a healthy baby.
I guess I have allot to think about! I have been so excited to be a parent but it scares me to think that I might not make it! Part of me feels that the anxiety will get the best of me but I am fighting to win!
Somedays it feels like anxiety has the upper hand and there are those days when it doesn't even exist in my life! I am happy that I have found a place I can express what I am feeling! It's nice to know there are brothers and sisters out there suffering just like me or similar!
I know together we can help each other. I pray everday for all of you and hope we can all over come this illness.
