Hi Ruby,
Xanax has been a life saver for me; especially in situations that I fear. Sometimes I take it about a half an hour before I go to a place where I am sure my anxiety will increase, it does take the edge off and I am able to get through the situation with little or no anxiety.
If I'm in a situation and start to feel anxiety I put the xanax under my tongue and let it disolve, it works very fast for me.
I don't do it very often, I don't want to abuse it, and hopefully I won't build up an intolerance to it, but it has helped me many times to do things with my family that I normally wouldn't do.

Ruby xanax is the sating acting,but wears off quickly..plus after ahwile xanax you need more and more just feel ok..if hears good things about kolpnin missed spelled it but..Buspar works for some as well...Good luck..

I take valium when I have an attack but it takes a while to start working. Is there anything you can take when you have an attack that works faster then valium.
