The shift in hormones can really effect you. But make sure your blood pressure is okay! Do you smoke on the pill? I know that can make you blood pressure high if you do. Your doctor might put you on a birth control pill where the hormone change won't be so drastic. Feel better!

What birth control are you on? I am taking something called Trinodiol, along with Zoloft and Clonazepam...usually during my period my anxiety levels are very high and panic a lot as well...I am not sure why this happens -- maybe because of our hormones:-)

I am going to go to the doctor with this but ubtil i can get an appointment i thought i would ask here because someone can usually help. I've been taking the conraceptive pill for the last two months but everytime my period comes around again i feel awful. Today i went hot all of a sudden and felt like my head was swimming, i still feel like it and i'm scared i'm going to faint, or worse, just feel dizzy!! I think the pill makes me very paniky and anxious and i just wonderd if anybody else has anuthing like this because i feel like i've lot all the progress i had made in about 10 minutes!!
