I have major gut issues. Acid reflux being my worst thing and I can tell you that it is much worse now than it has been in the past.
When we worry and stress and stay anxious, our gut produces and works overtime on making acid...thus, it is a vicious cycle.
Does the medications (Zoloft & Clonazepam) cause nausea and upset stomachs? I have been ill for a while and yesterday the doctor told me I have acid in my stomach, beginnings of an ulcer...am I making myself sick by stressing and worrying? Sometimes I do think I am going crazy and am so tired....
