I get this allot and it's frightning everytime. Normaly Ill get this a day or so befor the onset of a Migraine. I think they call them "Ice Pick" Headaches. It can also be caused by muscle tention in the Neck,shoulders and head. I wouldn't worry to much about this, it WILL make it worse. When you get home take some Ibprofen and a hot bath, this helps.

I too have had those pains before in my head but I believe that most of my weird pains are caused and created by my anxiety. If it's something that continues on a regular basis, I would have it checked out by a doctor. Most likely it's just one of those anxiety-created pains that will go away. But believe me, I know, it's easy to freak out over, first thing I think, OMG, I'm having a stroke but it usually ends up leaving and I'm fine wondering why I panicked over it. It's my anxiety that's making me feel like something is wrong but in reality there's nothing wrong. Isn't it awful stressing over our health all the time?
no panic today!but i am still having health concerns.right now i am having pain in the right side of my temple.its shooting pain i have had it off and on today its starting yo scare me.anyone else get this or know what it could be???replys please!!
