The only thng I can even think of is that I felt really full cuz I ate alot. You know how you feel yucky after you eat too much? I think that started the whole thing. I think you are right about the driving thing. There was a big accident on the high way and I was afriad we'd be stuck I guess.

If my boyfriend and I go anywhere, I have to drive because if he is driving it makes me feel worse. When I'm driving I'm to busy watching the road and everything else around me, so this keeps my mind occupied. But when I'm siting in the passenger seat I'm to busy thinking about other stuff and of course when that happens I start to feel panicky.
When you started to feel panicky when you were at your friends place and as well as in the car were you thinking about anything?

I was unfortunately able to use my journal today :( I had too panicky situations today. I don't even call them attavks anymore since they have been so mild lately. I panicked once at wendy's and then in the car on the way to the aquarium. I had the kids and I was with my friend. I think it could have had to do with feeling outta control. Does anyone else feel more in control if they are driving? I think I am more likely to panic if I am not the driver. I am not sure what caused my panic thng today but I recorded it in my journal. Maybe someday, I will read thru those things and be able to figure myself oout!!!
