I quit smoking 3 years ago and hav'nt smoked since.Now that might not seem so remarable in light of what other people have accomplished but the truth of the matter is I had No intention of quitting when I arrived here 3 years ago .But I hung around and just quit smoking because the people here said that I should and I did ! Would I give any advise. Sure ,even if your not sure about quitting hang out here and the power of support will get you moving in the right direction,and if you have already decided to quit hang out here as long as you need to and the power of support will get through.So cheers to all that have started the journey and cheers to all that have succeded to this point you will never regret quitting smoking .
