Hey PB, you keep on fighting, you are doing great. Keep posting now and then, if you don't the stinking thinking will really mess with you, believe I know. I am rereading Allen Carr's book and looking forward to my final quit. I am not pushing myself, I really want this and I know I need to get to the point of being really sick and tired of smoking. Tell you what I have gained by smoking again NOTHING ABSOULTELY NOTHING!!! Oh yeah I get to start all over again, remember hell week, heck week and blah week. Read you blog you really don't want to do that all over again. I will do it for you and the others. Hope you feet are better soon. I come here and check up on everyone. (((HUGS)))
