I started my period today....great, like you all wanted THAT information..lol...but anywho it makes me on edge too.I am not sure if it is a hormonal trigger or what but I can feel very anxious right now. I did take my medicaton today and then tonight i had to take something for horrible heartburn.
By the way, a good case of heartburn is always a sure thing for a panic attack!

I am feeling a little anxious. I am scared I am gonna panic. I am getting all worked up about the med change and I haven't even done anything yet! I have the kids tommorow too. I have been feeling so good lately and now this. I talked to my mother in law just a bit ago and I brought up my miscarriage. She immediately brought up her niece's shower. I dunno if it popped into her head that minute or what but come on! I just feel so worked up over this med change and being able to function. Like I am going to lose this control I have been working so hard to keep. I just want to be better.
