Hello everybody,

thank you all so much!

Sorry I've been posting less lately- I'm traveling a lot for work and have very irregular access to the net. I miss posting- but all will get back into order soon.

I am soooo pround of myself at the moment: currently travelling in Austria, where you have ashtrays in the cafés, restaurants, hotel rooms etc etc. And boy am I sometimes tempted... On the other hand, the scenery is so amazingly "Sound of Music" around here that I tell myself that Maria van Trapp certainly didn't smoke either when walking through the mountains...

I had been planning to award myself with a good restaurant- but I know I have been going VERY overboard on the eating side since my quit. Will be posting in the "weight gain" section soon... I'll tell you all what alternative I choose!
