FEAR of a new life as a Non-Smoker....I had that.........wondered how I'd cope with it. I smoked almost all of my life.

Just found this parade - but will add my name! Today is Day Four of Hell Week for me and so far so good. Using the patch, some dizziness, marvelous technicolor dreams, a little fear - healthy fear, I think. I'm so glad to have you all as my smokenot buddies!
