Milestones

Well Angie, okay, okay!!

57 months yesterday – 250 weeks and 1750 days on March 3rd and then the big 5 years on May 18th. They are the quitting milestones in my sighs right nowt.

Uncannily, my personal milestones are similar to yours – fitness, particularly upper body strength. Also, I'd like to cure the mild tendonitis which is troubling both knees at the moment. It is preventing me from playing any football without suffering sometimes during but particularly after! I too am considering another tattoo to celebrate 5 years and I also plan a trip to the States in July but before that the big milestone which firmly has my gaze fixed at present is Luna's impending visit here in April.

Finally, I couldn't wait any longer for the pic of the Grilled Chicken Salad so I plumped for Beachy Head on the south coast overlooking the English Channel near Eastbourne. It looks idyllic and is but on a more sinister note it is well-favoured for suicides – can't think why!

All The Best,

Penitent

Well Mr. Stingy - that was awfully vague of you!!  You didn't actually give us your next goal now did you?    I think we need a bit more information from you.  I'm all about details!

As for me, my overall health and body strength is my next goal.  I have problems with one of my knees that is scarily similar to rhumatoid arthritis.  Although my tests have all come back negative, I realized the best way to safeguard against future problems is to make my body strong.  So I weight train four days a week.  Since I've quit smoking I've also gained a few extra pounds.  My overall goal is to be tone and at least 10 pounds lighter by the time I head back to the States in June for a visit.  I'm thinking of rewarding myself with a tattoo (if I can figure out what I want)!

By the way, love the new pic.  Where is that?  It looks so peaceful.
Angie
