How are you feeling today,I'am surposed to go to my boyfriend mothers place this afternoon and I don't feel like going. I don't feel like going anywhere, I just want to stay home. I hate feeling like this.

ruby,xanax is the only the thing that gets me threw them lately. i know its not good but when i start feeling one come on i take one. it takes the attack away but i still think way too much and fear too much.one day we can look back at ourselves and be proud we made threw this ****!

I just found out that one of my neighbours has an anxiety disorder to, so I was talking to her the other day, she takes xanax and it helps her, I mentioned this to my doctor so I could find out about xanax but she doesn't want me to take anything else at the moment, so I have to stick with what I'm on.
I never used to like any kind of medication, but now with this I have to, well I do anyway. I just can't handle the symtoms when I have an attack.

I'm currently on Eflexor, but the my doctor has just increased my dose because lately I haven't been well.

I have only just started seeing a new Doctor, she says she knows what a panic Disorder is, because she used to have it, and also she has other patients who have an anxiety disorder as well. I'm crossing my fingers that she will be able to help me. I will only see a doctor now that has treated people with an panic disorder and knows alot about it. The doctor your going to see if that doctor knows alot about anxiety or has treated people with anxiety go for it don't miss your appoinment this time. I do get scared to sleep at night. I'm trying to find a way that will help me sleep, but nothing is working at the moment.
