It will be ONE YEAR in three days, I am a wee bit early. What a fantastic change it has been for me. My fitness and mental attitude are so much improved. I cannot believe how fast I can ride my bike - like the wind!!! Food and wine (yes, wine tastes soooooo good) are all better and no more smelly hair and clothes.
Can't say I every really was tempted to relapse, so that is fortunate. I used Chantix to quit and had few side effects, other that some weird dreams. Seems some people are having trouble with the product.
So, it is all very worthwhile. It took me three times to stop so everyone hang in there!
