i did go to sleep after you wrote me.
thanks! i take xaniex only when i need
it. i tried paxil for six days.i ended
up in the parking lot of a hospital
crying and throwing up calling my mom
for help. everytime i have an attack
i think i am going to die.i just made an
appt. to see a pschiatrist. march 8,
i seen a psychotherapist once. i felt
like she didnt understand me. i
guess i feel that way about everyone.

Hi Gina, I hope you are feeling better today! I take a low-dose Zoloft now and a 0.5 klonopin everynight to help me sleep, I try to keep the doses low, the Zoloft is stimulating and not much help, I am going to try to ask the Doctor to prescribe another antidepressant, the Klonopin works good, but I try to keep it low because I know it is addicting. Paxil worked great {except for the weight gain} I think I would rather be "chubby and calm" instead of "thin and panicky" Are you on any medications?? I was thinking of you and hope today is much better for you! Deb.
