Hi everybody, just needing to speak to somebody, feeling really low today. My body feels like a steam roller has run over me and just achey all over, particulary on the left side, I was walking to work today and my left leg just gave way from me and landed in a heap, so of course i started to panic.And this tension in the body feels really painful, so much the muscles are sore to touch. Sorry for moaning but telling you guys does help me alot. Thanks for listening.
