Go back to the doctor and in the meantime do not let your panic/anxiety tell you its a brain tumor!!! BAA-WAAA!
I would be thinking "Oh Lawd, its not an ear infection, it must be cancer!!" God help us.

Be sure to follow up with your family doctor about the ear pain. In the mean time though, you may want to check with your pharmacist.

So the other day I went to the doctor and she told me I have "Swimmers Ear" I guess thats a infection of the ear cannal. She proscribed "ACETASOL HC OTIC SOLUTION" That I am to put in my ear three times a day. Well last night I did it and it burned sooo bad! It was worse then the ear pain. I read on the perscription paplet that this is a side effect. Well I can't handle it feels as if someone is sticking a hot poker in my ear!
Today the sharp stabing pain is back in my ear and it raidiats to the side of my head. I have to mention that my doctor also said I have TMJ so Im confused, is the ear infection causeing the sharp pain or the TMJ. She told me to stop taking Ibuprofen because of all the bruises I have been getting, what am I to take for this ear pain.. any suggestions????
