i have been currently taking paxil cr .25 for over 2 months have felt great until a couple days ago is it time to uo my dose has any one ever felt like this i was feeling like my old self and now im back to a blah feeling any ideas? thanks

That happens with Meds sometimes. I am going through the same thing right now..my Dr had to up my dose of paxil. I started off like you at 10 and now I am at 20mg. Apparently your body sometimes gets used to it and it stops working so you either have to change meds or up your dose. But 10mg is a pretty small dose and they usually start you on that to see if it works and if it does then your Dr will up the dosage to something that will work. So you should go to your Dr and tell him/her so you can figure things out with your meds.

Hi everyone,
I started paxil 10mgs about 2 months ago and have been feeling much better. Still have mild anxiety but I am almost back to my normal self...(though Im sure these attacks scared me for life). Recently...like a week or two before the holidays I started getting mild panicky symptoms again, wave of panic...though they dont last as long, they are growing more often again. My doc wants to up me to 20mg's which is fine, but what if it keeps wearing off and I need to keep uping the meds? has anyone else had this problem? Thanks.
