yes i have had that kind of pain and i think it is caused by stress that in turn makes the muscles sore to the touch ont he side of head. i used to have that alot when i was stressed. i used ibuprofen and a hot rag on my head, or a cold one. hope that helps. :)

hi everyone how are you all.. I have a question for you guys, the past 3 days i have had a left sided headache that is driving me mad. Even when i touch the temple on the left side it can be painful. Does anyone else get thiis, i am really worried. PLEASE REPLY
