Just wanted to check in as I haven't been on here too much due to all the things that have been going on. I have hit the 30 day mark and couldn't feel better about myself or my life! I never thought quitting smoking would provide me with such a new outlook on life. I feel better, I smell better, and truly am a better person! I now know that the hardest part is over, but I still have to keep my guard up to ensure my success. Thank you to everyone that has helped in my journey so far, it is greatly appreciated. Thank you to all that provided their inspiration, motivation, encouragement and wisdom, I really couldn't have done it without you!!!!! I am still so excited to live each day with smoking and I truly know I don't want to and that I can do this. I had a very difficult exam to write to get my mutual fund licence and I did it without smoking. I wrote it yesterday and feel great today either way, but I have to contribute some of that to not smoking! Thanks for letting me share. Have a wonderful smoke free day today!
