I have been on paxil cr 12.5 for almost a week now and I have noticed a slight improvment in my panic, but my anxiety is still high, I am hoping this will go away by another week or two. I have ativan but am trying not to take it so I can see how I fully react to the paxil. Let me know if your anxiety improves with a higher dose. I have heard that in some cases SSRI's have anxiety listed as a side effect! weird. Hope your feeling better with the higher dose. :)
well i have just spoke with my doctor and he wants to increase my meds starting tonight has any one felt different when going to a higher dose? any comments would help right now thanks

hi all i have a question how dp you know when you need to increase the dose of your meds? im taking paxil cr its been 1 month now and feel 85% better but still feel nervous everyday trying not to take zanax but i still am is a month long enough? how do i know if i need an increase? i dont want to have to take 2 zanax a day for ever
