I want to start a thread to have a bunch of cool guided imagery stories. Here I'll start.
*sttrrreetch* It's a wonderful day out. I walk slowly to a beautiful beach I can see just past some sanddunes. My feet slide slighty it the warm sand with each step. As I hear the waves I start to smell the salty warm air. I breath it deeply and notice my body let go. A tingle goes though me, I am smiling without any effort. I am at peace, free of stress.
I arrive on the beach. I can hear the foam from the waves fiz like a newly opened soda. The seagulls sing over the ocean. I shift slowly down to sit upon the warm sand. I dig my toes through the sand watching in flow in between.
While sitting I look around and see more than ever before everyone is somehow connected to me. We are all letting thoughts drift away as we smile and allow ourselves to simply exist.
