Hi JM, I agree with Rhonnie you should really try this program. Just have some patience with it as with any other type of therapy.
Also I too am sorry you went through what you did in the past & the people on this site are very supportive even though sometimes opinions differ. I apologize to you if I have seemed rude to you in the past. I hope you are doing better now & if I can help in any way I'd be glad to.

Hi JM I haven't tried the program on this site but I took a cbt program at the hospital which I'm sure is similar to the one here. It takes alot of perserverance and practice but the outcome is amazing! I'm still anxious and have panic attacks but they do not control me anymore I can control them! Also, reading books has helped me too. Try it and if I can help you with anything let me know. I've read some of your posts and I'm sorry you went through what you did. This site is excellent and the people are very helpful!
