Thank you all my quit buddies! Rose, we did it!! The sand does feel good. I'm back today from a week long camping trip up north, my first smoke-free vacation. It was much easier than I thought it would be. The most valuable skill this past week has been being able to recognize junkie talk. Once I saw it for what it was it didn't stand a chance. It's easy to dismiss junkie talk because it just doesn't add up. The quit is strong with this one and I'm on the beach!!!
