hmmm....my post from yesterday is missing? maybe i didn't do it right?
Well, I was reading about GABA last night for anxiety. It's an amino acid that promotes relaxation, sleep etc...works kind of like a benzo - but not addictive. HAs anyone tried GABA?
I think i maybe can't purchase it here in canada - but you can in the us...:(
