Good for you, the experience that you gained here will be invaluable down the road. You did a very hard thing and should be congratulated...I like to think that each time I overcome one of those deals, a message is being sent to my subconscious that will be used to reinforce my actions the next time I have to confront this monster...I don't know if it is true (thats why they call it the subconscious), but it feels that way sometimes, because as you go along it will get easier for you to manage...I use a lot of different images to get through this thing...don't be afraid to use your immagination, you will stumble across visual images that will work for you...
Think tough and you will be tough...
Take care of yourself you can do this.
