I did it 4 whole days behind me I can hardly wait till I can say 4 weeks then 4 months and 4years. I"m on my way and not looking back!!! Every day this week I have come on lime and read some of the amazing stories and the inspiration that I get from all you great people out there really helps.. I can relate with so many of you...it's really a small small world out there. Congrats to all of you who have made it and to all of you who are struggling we'll all make it... ;)

Hello John Thanks for that little bit of encouragement. we were just watching a little TV and that feeling of wanting a cig was creeping up on me so I came here like I've been doing for the last 5 days just to read other posts and I find it helps alot..I've got the I Of the tiger in me I know I do and I am going to beat this. 4 years I will be able to look back and be like you and all the rest who have overcome a powerful addiction. Thanks for all the great posts its really rewarding to read the posts and how much concern and help there is out there for everybody all you have to do is reach out and someone somewhere responds to you. This is a great site and I'm so glad I found it. My first weekend is going really well. This is the first morning I had a cup of coffee since my quit date and it was okay. Going to keep busy today doing house stuff and maybe ride this afternoon if it warms up a bit and doesn't snow.
