For years, I have been taking the train to see my Mom. It takes me about 45 minutes to the train station. Then an hour's ride on the train. Now, I fear that I will have a panic attack at the train station, especially waiting in line to buy a ticket. I have never had a panic attack at the train station before. This fear is causing me to not visit my Mom for Thanksgiving and now Christmas, even though I really want to go. I know that it is only anxiety talking but I fear that I will get there and will freeze and then have my usual lightheadedness and not be able to walk. HELP!!
