It means a great deal to me to get such a post. I cannot believe that I have reached this point (300 seconds is more like my limit!). Before February, I was a confirmed smoker and very anti the idea of quitting. This is my first quit. I am sure that it will be my ONLY one. And you lot, make sure you stay with me on this journey..
