Hi Sparkie, looks like you got a response. You were the only one to respond to my post, so I kind of feel like you do. Are there any other groups or boards that yu post on about this kind of thing. This is the first place that I found to post and THis is the first time I have ever told anyone but my family about my problems. Congrats on your upcoming marriage by the way. I am sure that you will find a way to slim down. I myself quit smoking just 18 months ago and packed on a hefty 60 lbs. For someone that was always a size 8 this was a hard thing to face being a size 16 in under 2 years. I jsut started exercising and that might be a good thing for you to do as well. I guess no mater how the weight goes on you have to work to take it off.

This group (along with other panic/depression boards) has some of the most understanding people that youll meet.
It wasnt until I got my panic disorder and found groups like these that I knew that there were actually decent, nonvulgar places to exchange and communicate on the internet.
