Hi to all, today is my 2nd smoke free anniversary (i had amended the quit date to the 23rd following a slip up on the 22nd, but deep down i've always felt the 21st was THE DAY!) so, all i can tell you is this - it will pass, you will feel better and life will be normal again. everything won't be the effort and the trauma it is now. The rewards are there, and once the smokescreen clears up, you will see them! so keep your chin up, have courage, and stay strong! Kath.
