I recently had to cut way back on my anxiety medacine I went from taking 10 a day to 2 to 3 a day. There's a tea called tension tammer (extra) put 2 tea bags in a cup follow the directions let it sit in the tea for 6 minutes. IT WORKS! GOOD LUCK.

Howdy! Definately don't stay quiet. If u haven't already, perhaps u could do some research into the type of OCD he has so u will be better uquiped to answer. What sort of OCD has he got? WHen I was younger I the the type of OCD where I used to have to turn things of twice or keep putting my clothes on until I felt perfectly good etc... I got rid of these habbits without medications but I never developed panic attacks like your boyfriend. Has he updated his doc on the fact that he is stopping his med but is getting panic attacks. It would be a good idea to. CYA

Hi everybody. My boyfriend has OCD and in the last 2 years is taking Paxil. He´s fine but he´s trying to stop with the medicine. But everytime he stops, he has panic attacks. I want to help him, but at the same time it´s very difficult. It seems that there´s nothing I can do. What do you expect from people that love you? What can we do? Talk, stay quiet... Please, help me and never forget that people that love you will never let you cause of a disease. HUGS!!! DafneText
