Thanks ladybugg! Marie, come on with me. I dunno about smoking.. that's for "them" smoke free is for me, but there sure are a lot of great dancers in vegas! Shakira is really entertaining but not a "belly dancer" really. She is a pop star that uses some belly dancer moves as a gimmic. I'm not knocking her - I like her.. just don't want ya to go thinking that that is what belly dancing is about. Belly dancing is the best thing that ever happened to me, and once you're ready to start adding excercise to your life, I highly recomend you look for some classes in your area... i go to the comunity college for mine. Belly dance is a celebration of women and devine feminity, and has absolutely nothing to do with being big busted or small wasted. Well, I dunno about that sterk - luckily for me, a girl is suposed to be a girl and jiggle when she belly dances. LOL I'm going to a big huge belly dance gathering in las vegas this saturday.. i'll be in classes with a bunch of great instructors all day long and then a huge hafla that night.
