Hi Everyone, Just wanted to check in and let everyone know that I am making my way to the beach slowly but surely! I feel awesome like a great weight has been lifted off my shoulders! I am no longer a slave to the nicodemon! (Although I do get the occational crave). Thanks to everyone who has helped with my journey. And thanks to everyone here who continues to help me with my journey. I would not be here if it weren't for this site and the awesome people on it! Thanks everyone! Thanks everyone, and yes Katy I do reward myself. Thats the best part. When I do hit the 100 day mark me and hubby taking a weekend away to the Cape (Cape Cod). And then of course grabbing my towel and running towards the sun and sand at the "beach". My only regret is I didn't quit sooner! Oh well better late then never!
