I was scared, I was fed up, I was stinky..... I was convinced I couldnt have any fun whatsoever without a cig, no coffees, no alchohol, I wouldnt be able to handle stress, I couldnt take a social phone call without smoking......I was cancelling outings if I coulndt smoke..... choosing not to see non-s,moking friends because I couldnt smoke around them.....convinced I couldnt do any of this without a cig.... Well I've done it and it feels great! - a few hairy days but I made it and it seriously does feel like its getting easier now. Woo hoo! I rock!! - any other may quitters joining me????
