What a great reward idea! People celebrate sobriety and abstinence in 12 step programs (AA, etc) all the time and generally take a cake every year, so why wouldn't you? Hi there everyone!! I don't post very often but when I do, I am happy that I did!!! Soon I will be celebrating one year smoke free!!!! and would like to share with some friends - I am thinking of having a cake made but not sure what to put on it - any ideas? Do you think that it is silly for a 45yr old person to do this as a way of celebrating/acknowledging this milestone for me? Any ideas will be appreciated!!
