Hi folks
I see that we have option to instant message but when I try to do it, i am told that I have to install Net 1. something something...I say yes ...but it takes me to another site with lots of downloads and I have no idea what I am supposed to download.
Secondly, how do you respond to others in the room. I appreciate support from others but don't know how to send a message back to them.

Your computer should automatically begin downloading the missing framework.
To reply double click on the user's name, this should open a message window in which you can converse in.
