Gosh thanx!! You are tracking better than I am. I had NO idea it was 16 months - just knew it was the 15th so that it was time to bump my monthly reflections. Amazing that other than the time I "volunteer" here on this site, I don't hardly even think of cigarettes. How can this be? Sizteen months ago, I was obsessed. Couldn't imagine peace or joy, life or relaxation, stress or emotions without them. Always skulking around sneaking a cigarette - so ashamed. Please believe that it is possible because it really is. The freedom is just incredible. Thanx Mr. Ed and others for remembering me.
